arrived without the shoulder strap. who should i write to or call in order to obtain the shoulder strap> otherwise the bag seems fine and safe for laptop.

Absolutely love this bag!! One it is beautiful. Two it is big enough to carry laptop, charger, mouse, phone, binder/notebook. Love the long shoulder strap and the inside of the bag is so soft and cushiony! If youre considering buying it just do it. Its a great bag.
