> 3 dayThe added comfort from these straps makes the controllers feel a little more connected to the experience, as it should have out of the box. I would buy again.

> 3 dayTexture feels comfortable and high quality. The strap allows me to let go of my fingers, really useful when doing throwing actions in VR games.

19-11-2024I cant cover the left controller since this shipped with two right controller covers. It appears the quality is good but it seems they dont check if the right controllers are in the box

> 3 dayI took the oculus controller saftey cords off, because these are all I need now! The straps that go around your hands work great and I feel like I can hold my controllers better during games.

> 3 dayThe battery door in the handle. I tried a different aftermarket controller cover that had the hand wrap/strap, but to change out batteries, one had to completely remove the cover, and had to thread the wrist strap through the bottom of the handle. Batteries just don’t last long enough to even out the pita it is to remove them. The battery door in the handle. That’s all you need to know. But, the material is softer than the other brand I tried. Hasn’t picked up any dyes from dark clothing. Hand wrap/strap is solid design. Holds its shape.

> 3 dayThese grips are fantastic, and i’m very pleased with this product. Here’s some more detail about them if you’re on the fence about getting them: First off, the battery door idea? Absolutely game-changing. They fit snugly in their slot so you dont get any unnecessary movement or disturbance while playing, frankly I forget theyre even there until I have to change my batteries, which is made a breeze thanks to these. When I owned the Quest 1, I ran into this issue a lot with the third party straps I bought similar to these (because Meta still gives us these terrible Wii-mote looking straps as default) where I struggled to change the battery. These dont have that issue at all. The grips themselves are made of a very good material that doesn’t retain sweat and remains ergonomic and grippable even during high-intensity VR games. They adjust great, and while my hands are in the medium area, they handle my younger sister’s dainty hands and the massive paws of my 6’2 roommate just as well. The added bonus of threading the existing wii-mote type strap through is nice and can help you to not launch your Quest 2 controller at mach 12 into the nearest precious decoration in your home. Overall fantastic design I noticed that many of the reviews highlighted that the system with which these attach to the controllers has one important design flaw: they cover 2 of the tracking infrared LEDs on the halo rings on the Quest 2 controllers. This is true, and knowing this I took the chance of buying them regardless. I can confidently say I haven’t seen the slightest effect on my tracking as consequence of these LEDs being covered. My assumption is that they’re there as redundancies (as it looks like the tracking rings are pretty coated in those LEDs) and that they don’t contribute any majorly essential function to the device. This does mean, however, that you have 2 (potentially) redundant LEDs covered on each controller, and MAY become an issue if other LEDs were to fail. This however is an issue I haven’t experienced nor can I speak on it. It seems like covering them has no discernible effect on tracking. If you’re on the fence I’d definitely recommend getting them, as they work great and the one fear I had (loss of tracking from covering the LEDs) turned out to not happen at all, at least in my case (my headset is still relatively new). Overall great product!
