Kohler 25 050 22-S1 Engine Fuel Filter 51 Micron with 1/4-inch Fuel Line Inside Diameter

The filter I received from the supplier through Amazon wasnt a Kohler filter, but was an OEM equivalent. With that being said, it fit and functioned perfectly. Considering the only drawback is the 2 day wait on shipping, you can burn a few bucks in fuel, burn the time to drive, and get what might be the equivalent for 2 dollars more at the local parts house. Im happy, but dont like being hoodwinked...

Clamps for fuel lines help but always remember the little bit left in the old filter. This one fit perfectly and my engine runs well

Its easy to install and I believe they are necessary. I have no way of evaluating the filtering capability, but it helps me identify if I get water in the fuel; it happened once.

Be very careful when ordering fuel and air filters for Kohler engines on Amazon. I received units for a a different engine model than what I thought I had entered when searching on Amazon. Did not realize it was wrong until I when to install them. Read the descriptions on Amazon very carefully to be sure what you are ordering.

Perfect fit for my kohler engine on cub cadet lawn tractor. I change each year as preventative maintenance and avoids issues.
