NOTHING is more frustrating that not being able to get air at a gas station, am I right? In the olden days (remember those?) you could get air in your tires and a measurement for FREE at every gas station. No more. So being more self sufficient is a goal of most every motorcycle rider I know. And you can even use it to blow up the mattress at your campsite, too. Well, Im gonna try that next trip. Getting what we need and getting it in a smaller, effective format is the goal, and this tool fills the bill. I like that it can also blow up basketballs (youd have to be really old to know thats what air is for!). It weighs a couple pounds, but for peace of mind, Im taking it along on my trips. Its not that noisy, either, which I like. The light is nice so you can find the dinged nozzle on your tires, but kinda weak for distance/distress when its in SOS mode (and not that many people know SOS in Morse code any more, do they?

I originally got this for my teenage driver, along with a portable jumpstarter, in case of car emergencies where Im not around. I havent used it yet for car tires but it works really good on bike tires and would be something good to put in a backpack on mountain biking trips.

This is a newer, sleeker, slimmer tire version. I have an older inflator I use, but this is leaps and bounds better. Theres no need to plug it into your car to inflate your tires, you charge it via USB and use it. The cord is short, but not too short to use. The display is large and clear, and from what I can tell, the pressure gauge is accurate. Its a fast inflator -- not lightning fast, but quick and reliable. We used it to check and top off several tires in one charge and it was still going strong. I like that it comes with a pack of adapters so you can use it to inflate bike tires, or floaties for the pool. Overall, the best part is how compact this device is. Its light, easy to carry, and doesnt take up a lot of space. It can even be used as a battery pack if necessary! A very nice device!

This is very handy to inflate anything around the house. I used it for tires (car and motorcycle), for soccer balls. Love that you can preset and it will stop automatically. Very happy with it, I dont have to pull out my big compressor anymore.

This compressor just feels like quality. You know what I mean...you pick it up and manipulate the buttons and it just seems like its well thought out and well executed. I like the fact that you can preset the compressor for the pressure you want. So you just set it for 36 psi (or whatever), attach it to your tire (or basketball or whatever) and start it up. Couldnt be simpler. It has different settings...like for car tires or bike tires, etc. It came with a number of attachments so you can blow up toys or balls, etc. Its small, so it wouldnt be hard to keep in the car or even your toolbox. Recharges with a standard USB-C cable (included). This certainly wont take the place of a real compressor in your workshop, but thats obviously not its purpose. Its a handy item that youll be glad you have with you when you need it.
