Certainly works for its purpose. Measuring. But if you want one that you use every day spend a little bit more money.

Fits in the palm of my hands, and measures cm and inches. Solid quality, with no notable cons for my uses. Definitely prefer this over my bulkier measuring tapes.

Seems like a fine tape measure. BUT Maybe the most sinister molded plastic packaging job ever. The folded metal belt clip was molded into the plastic. Lacerated a finger wrestling with it, even though I was using scissors. Im a mild mannered guy but this made me angry.

This seems rather well made, given its reasonable price. It has some heft to it and moves in/out smoothly. The tape is well marked. As far as durability goes, the jury would be out on that, until the unit has an opportunity to age a bit. So far, so good.

I bought this tape in Jan of 2012. In the last year or so the numbers in the 1 to 3 inch range started peeling off and were hard to read. Finally the end broke off and it is now junk. It worked fine for a while but now I know why it has only a 1 year limited warranty. Fine for home use but not for an active woodworker. Next tape I get will have a lifetime warranty
