I am dissatisfied with the last batch of tumblers I received from your company. Seems as if you guys really slacked on the sublimation coating. The 1st pic should be brown, the second pic is an example of the difference in colors, the third pic is when your product is very well sublimation coated. I have ordered your products multiple times and very satisfying results. I also tried difference Temps as well as time lengths with no acceptable results. At this point, it was money wasted. You can see Ive ordered this product multiple times but I am now afraid to continue using your product. I just dont have money to give away. I hope you guys come up with a solution to this issue

Remarkably easy to sublimate on. I used heat tape and shrink wrap locking it down with my heat gun. Then 6 minutes at 400 degrees F/204.444 c in the oven (toaster oven). No muss no fuss.

Updates review!!! I want to update this review because once I posted the previous review I was reached out to by their customer support and they 100% made this issue right and completely changed my opinion on their tumblers. They took my concerns and complaints very seriously. They replaced the damaged tumblers and the new ones was 100% better! I assume maybe just a bad batch!!! I would highly recommend this supplier and I would for sure order from them again. Their customer support was fast to respond and willing to address and fix any issues along with take recommendations on how to better serve customers in the future!!! I’ve made thousands of sublimation tumblers. These I ordered because I needed some fast. They are ok at best. They were packaged nicely. But the tumblers themselves seemed uneven. The surface felt uneven. It subbed pretty good but the tumbler itself felt misshapen. It wasn’t perfectly round. I would order again if I was in a bind but I wouldn’t want to use these regularly.

I have ordered these many many times and was so pleased, now you have changed the way the box closes. They will not close good now because the straw is taller than the box. I do wish you would go back to the old ones.

Sublimated ok..some of them came with bubbles on the paint ...some of them the cors came out super vibrant..some were eh..good in a pinch I suppose
