PC does not acknowledge the device. HDMI does not even fit all the way into the unit.

The product is very versatile because it is USB-C. I enjoyed being able to use it at my laptop for moving pictures around, then right after, plug it into my Nintendo Switch and connect it to the TV. It has plenty of extra ports for thumb drives, headphones, and does supply power through the other USB-C port inside of it, no data transfer though.

You get what you pay for. Has drivers built in that you have to download. It is better than trying to get them from a sketchy site. The drivers are still sketchy though. Advertises 1920x1080. When using this resolution it cuts off the screen. Had to scale it down to 1680x1050. Its not the monitors because they are 1080 native. And the second identical monitor perfectly Handles 1920x1080, without the edges being cut off when plugged directly into the laptop. Over all works. Has slight issues. Also packaging was gross. Was wrapped in dirty packing tape.
