> 24 hourI got this as an upgrade to the cotton tape, and found it just doesn’t stick as well. When applying it creates gaps and won’t connect to my skin, and it only lasts 1-2 days vs cotton lasting 3-4. Definitely won’t but again. Does the trick, just not with the longevity of the cotton tape.

> 24 hourThis is the first time Ive ever used this product, and I wont be using it again...well at least not this brand. It claims to stay on for 24 hrs and that it is sweat proof and I call B.S. on both claims. The first day I used it, I taped for peroneal tendinitis, tarsal syndrome, and Achilles tendinitis and within an 4 hours it was already lifting and rolling. My skin was clean, dry and I was not doing anything other then walking around the house. The second time I taped for same issues after I got out of shower was dressed and dried and I immediately laid down for a nap and again when I woke the tape had lifted and rolled up in several places. I was really excited to try this product as I had seen it used and it has been recommended by several people I know that are extreme sport athletes. While on it truly does provide the support to my ankle and foot I was looking for, it truly is a let down that it just doesnt last long.

> 24 hourWorks. Doesnt take the pain away totally, but significantly. Stayed on through 3 lap swims over a 5 or 6 day period. I finally pulled it off. No skin irritation. Will buy again. Even reduced the pain during daily movement / chores.

> 24 hourOrdered with skepticism. Would it work? Is it hard to use? Would it stay in place? Will it look stupid? I often have a recurring pulled Achilles tendon injury from 30 years ago as a teen playing sports and if youre familiar, keeping my ankle at a right angle with the tendon extended and stable is key. But this time, I had some bones in my foot out of place after mowing outside in the wrong shoes. The bones popped back into place later that day once I soaked it, socked it and put on proper shoes, but my foot was still super sore - then on top of that, I forgot and I plopped down on the sofa with my feet under me to watch a good movie. Ugh! A ganglion cyst formed - like immediately. My poor foot... I was kind of tired of the old-school ace bandages - I have a drawer full. Since Amazon delivers CRAZY FAST, I decided to get the tape. LOVE IT! It works. Is it easy to use (KT has a YouTube video). It stays in place (a little too well, I soak it off in the shower). It looked SUPER COOL! Im a Steelers fan, so I got black and yellow - I looked like a cool high-paid Olympian hurt on the gridiron! (hee hee) Watch the KT YouTube video, start with clean, dry skin and press good and gentle for a good seal. If you want to use moisturizer, apply a small amount and let set for 15-20 minutes first. Wear with socks for a bit to help the seal and maybe while sleeping. If the tape lifts, its a wrap, it will just keep lifting and like tape, fibers on it render it useless. But theres plenty in each pack. I will say that the tape irritated my shin skin terribly (itchy, red, swollen skin) maybe moisturizer after cleaning and drying skin could have helped. I cant do bandage adhesive on my upper chest, face or bend points inside elbows or behind my knees and now - front of shins. :)

> 24 hourEase of putting it on. Great instructions and display. 100% true about reducing swelling and pain. I got this for my knee and was able to keep Irvin for a couple of days even after showering did not come off. Easy to get off, I did not use anything to remove vitamins. Highly recommend this product if you have knee problems

> 24 hourBought: Black precuts To preface, I work with a D1 basketball team and I’m a dancer so that means I shower after practices, treatments, and personal workouts. Cons: The other reviews are kind of untruthful because the tape comes off BUT it will stick right back majority of the time. I sweat perfusely and it was on my foot so it started to come off a bit but once I got dry after my shower and I rubbed it back on, it was stuck again. 2. The application isn’t always easy (if you’re doing it alone) but it will come with time. 3. My main peeve with it is that I got the precut ones. The strips become longer than what I wanted once stretched but I can’t really complain about getting more reach with the tape. Pro 1. Literally everything. I felt like I was walking on a pillow with my ankle and that is my recurrent injury spot 2. It didn’t stop my range of motion on my knee plus it feels like a brace without the limitations of a brace. The tape reminds you that you have an injury because you will feel it stretch as you do certain movements but it won’t hurt nor stop you. 3. After 3 or 4 days, it was still stuck on me. Even the parts that peeled back, were still sticky.

> 24 hourI sweat a lot and the tape did not lose any grip. My joints and muscles felt secure and I was able to easily apply the tape with little trouble.
