Good-looking functional case.

This is my 3rd cover for my Kobo Aura ONE - each from a different manufacturer. Of all, this is my least favorite. The fabric (top part) is very plastic feeling- about half way to a scouring pad. Not something I would wear, so not something I want in tactile contact with my skin for hours a day. The lower cover is a kind of pleather that is very smooth and cold. Not horrible, but not great. The light gray lining is actually kind of nice. The metal strip on mine came with a dent in it. Dent aside, it is very shiny and could contact my screen on the inside - I dislike the form and function. The overall feeling is a little too puffy and a little to large in X, Y, and Z dimensions. I would direct you to another cover that is better and just as cheap but I do not know of one. I ordered a custom leather cover from France and I will replace this when it becomes available.

The case fits the Aura One perfectly. This particular style looks like a notebook. It has a hard cover cloth binding with a strip of PU at the bottom. I never liked PU because its outer layer always wears and peels. I am curious to see how long this will last. When the cover is opened, the narrow side panel sticks out. It takes some getting used to to hold. I still like the original Kobo Aura One cover better. It is slim and easier to hold. But it also had peeling problem.

The casing is high quality. When I open the cover, my e-reader auto open from last reading. If I close the front cover, it goes to sleep mode.

too heavy. too big, clumsy

Its a nice cover but its almost a little too large and there is an odd overlap in the covers that ruins the look a little.
