Case work perfectly well, fits reader as a glove and looks marvellous. The sleep/wake function works as expected. Definitively I’d recommend buying it.

I use this case for Pocketbook 740 that I bought in Russia; apparently its the same device as Pocketbook Inkpad 3 but branded differently. The plastic mold that holds the reader fits like a glove, but the fabric part is like 1-2 millimeters too wide, so when the case is closed its front and back lids are not exactly parallel. I experimented a bit with the sleep function that should work when you close the lid. The manufacturers description doesnt say this function should work with this case, but it does! I found out that to make the reader go to the sleep mode every time I should slide the front lid a bit in the direction of the metal latch. The fabric on the outside feels pretty rough but its not unpleasant. Overall, the case looks to be well-made, but I expect that over time inner and outer layers may separate and air bubbles will form under the fabric near the folds (I can hear these layers creaking when I open and close the case). But it seems like tears or cracks would not appear for at least a few years. I wish they made the same model of the case in some bright colors, but grey looks fine.

This doubles the thickness of the pocketbook, and the spine delaminated within a week... waste of money, I ended up ordering the genuine thing.
