Greater than one weekPurchased these sheets in the past for making knife holsters. Liked them enough to purchase more. Not much more to say except that it works great.

> 3 dayThe product perform as advertised, it was used to mold keel protection for my fishing kayak. If i was to redo it i would use a slightly thinner sheet to make it easier to fold around keel shape. Great product.

> 3 dayI used this for making a variety of holsters with a toaster from Goodwill and a MacGyverd press. The holsters have all come out looking clean and working great, which tells you this stuff is easy to work with.

> 3 dayI was really impressed with the quality of this KYDEX. Its been a while since Ive done any work with KYDEX so my first attempt and forming my project was a little off. I didnt have it quite warm enough for what I was doing. I warmed it to just above 300 F (instructions say 300 to 350) and It cooled a little too quickly for me to get it placed and formed. I put the piece back into the oven to re-warm it. It flattened back out like I hadnt even touched it. This time I let it get up to about 325-330 F. It stayed warm enough that time for me to get it placed and pressed like I wanted it. I will buy this brand again for future projects. OH! Its also AMERICAN MADE, not some Chinese-made garbage.

> 3 dayI used this Kydex to make a custom knife sheath for a blade I made. It looks SO good. I couldnt be happier with the way it turned out. It looks as close to professional as I could expect. Its so easy to cut, heat, form, and press. The .080 thickness was perfect for this project. Do your research & watch some videos. I felt super comfortable with this project once I watched others go through the process.

> 3 dayThis is exactly the thickness advertised. Cut to the correct size. There are discounts to buying more, you’ll use it if you are set up to mold and cut Kydex so buy the bulk. If you’re learning to mold Kydex, buy 3x as many as you think you’ll need. Trial and error is your friend

> 3 dayWorked super on the last two knife sheath projects. Heats up easily with a heat gun and holds a great form after it has coold down.
