Greater than one weekit kinda helps reduce the fingerprints, but it is not going to be 100%. Still, it protects the factory screen from scratches, doesnt reduce the clarity at all or add any additional glare, so thats all good.

> 3 dayAfter all the recommended preparation, the locating alignment strips immediately released the protector and it started falling from the screen. I caught it, but it picked up dust on the way. With lots of light we got the protector applied to the screen, but there are several dime-size bubbles that refuse to leave. And of course there is the dust it picked up when it jumped ship. It is aligned very well, but looks like crap. Amazon wants it returned if I want a refund, but most of the packaging was disposed of. So it appears Im out of 37 dollars. The protector was streaked to begin with, and a long blond hair-like fiber was stuck to it. Totally dissatisfied. Id feel better had I purchased one of the cheaper ones! Note; This was NOT our first screen protector rodeo! But definitely the worst one since my first cell phone!
