> 3 dayThe directions were horrible, but once we figured it out we are happy with the product. My son is a big kid, about 45 lbs at 3.5 and we are working on potty training. We needed a seat with the handles because he has low muscle tone and needed the support to climb the step, turn around, and sit. The seat occasionally Will slide forward, so I just put by foot at the base of the step when he climbs. My daughter (23lbs) has no problem with this. The seat itself it cushioned which I think is important for little bums. It fold easily, but is still awkward to store and doesn’t stand upright when folded. Overall really happy we purchased this, and may consider buying one for our daycare/preschool!

> 3 dayit wobbles. it really needs a greater angle at the seat to stabilize the seat because when my child steps on the step, the seat lunges forward. this is not something he can use independently. cushion is soft and it’s easy to assemble.

> 3 dayWorking on potty training and my toddler hates the little kid potty chairs so we got this. This seat has little suction cups on the seat and non slip pieces on the seat as well as the bottom step. The problem is that it doesnt align well enough with our toilet seat so the non slip tools do absolutely nothing to keep the whole seat from slipping and sliding. Its not a deal breaker right now bc I am with my toddler ever time she uses it so I can use one of the handles to keep it steady while she climbs up but it might become a safety issue if she tries using the potty without us once shes trained.

> 3 dayUsing this for potty training my grandson and he loves it. He feels more confident that he can use this by himself. We had one without the steps that slid around on the toilet and he would require help for using it.

> 3 dayEasy to assemble. Sturdy and stays in place when in use. The handles on the seat part have made it easier for my toddler to get on and off without fear. She is only 25 months but already is starting to potty train this ladder seat has made it that much more intriguing for her to want to climb up and sit. So far we are a month in using it and have no complaints.
