> 24 hourThis item replaced another Kyocera product, the 1128 model. Works perfectly for my situation, I highly recommend this product. I had a couple of issues with the machine, the Seller, Twelve-Forty Distribution, did an outstanding job fixing them, I recommend this product and Twelve-Forty.

> 24 hourThis is a great basic copy machine. We are using it in a small church. Setup was straightforward, and the wifi functioning works well.

> 24 hourHave had quite a bit of trouble with this printer since the day I bought it. It came with a DVD installation disc, and after installing it I still could not scan anything. I had to call their help desk and they had to download another driver for scanning. Soon after that I would send a print request to the printer and it would say that my paper tray was empty (when it was really 1/2 full). So I got sick and tired if this, so I un-installed everything and went for a clean re-install. Then I couldnt scan again, even after they downloaded a new up to date driver. I had to pay for a service call and the service tech was here for 2 hours or more trying to get it right. Finally they got it working. the second issue Im having is that it prints crooked. The service tech tried to fix that issue (mind you the printer is still less than 2 months old), but he could not fix it and said there was nothing else he could do with it. Very unhappy with this printer after spending over 500 for the machine. Would not recommend this one at all

> 24 hourI own a small business in medical field. I’ve used Brother Multi Copiers for over 10 years but realized buying new ones couple times per year due to melting an area near the drums. Kyocera cost more but is build for commercial use. I bought a total of 3 (one for different offices). So far excellent performance without any issues. PS as an added bonus cost of toner is lot less per copy.

> 24 hourSetup was easy, but could be a bit confusing if this is your first wireless laser printer. The directions to establish the wireless connection were not with the printer, but very similar to the Brother MFC that this printer is replacing. Windows 10 recognized the printer almost immediately and I was printing within 20 minutes of powering on the printer. Downloading the scanning software from the Kyocera website was quick and painless as well. This printer is very fast compared to the old Brother MFC monochrome laser printer I have used for many years. Glad I upgraded.
