This little printer is so cute! I had some issues getting it to connect with the app after a couple of uses so couldnt rightly give it 5 stars, but I would definitely give 5 stars for the quality of the device itself. The cut is so smooth - and an unsmooth cut is an issue thats bothered me about past label printers. The app has so many design options and is very well thought out.

wife: was not happy with this product. you have to download an app to use it wouldve been better if it just had buttons to type what you want on the label. Its cute looking, but thats about it.

This little label maker is small and easy to set up and use. I didnt have any trouble downloading the app and connecting it to the label maker. I thought it was really cool that you can draw on your phone and put it on the labels. I drew a little heart and put it on the label for my sons water bottle. I like the cute little bear grip ring that you can put on the side. Helps for carrying it around and it is adorable. Its nice that it does not require ink! Note that all of the labels are the same size. You cannot make bigger labels like you can on other larger label makers. I dont mind the consistent size, but it would be difficult if you had larger objects that you wanted to label. The very small labels that this label maker creates might get lost. Two stars removed because the second time I used it, I had a VERY difficult time getting it to print on the label. I tried a number of times, and I could not get the paper lined up correctly. I tried hitting the button as the instructions suggested, but it just would not work. I ended up having to use labels that were not centered and only printed on one label because I shrunk the font down so much.

Does the job. I have another one that works a bit better, so it’s not likely taking its place; but it’s a good backup. Very handy when you need stuff like this. Easy to use. Good price.

Super cute and easy to use...even a child can do it. The app is a bit confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, its super easy. So many customisable label options! Putting it to good use for sure!

Being able to make labels through the app with premade templates really changes things. We are labeling things as decoration now. easy to use.

This label printer is described as easy to use, wireless & portable,and cute. To borrow a line from Catch Me If You Can, I concur. In fact every characteristic the seller promised is there. So I have to give the printer an honest 5 stars. Here is where I was disappointed: the labels are very small. Perhaps I under appreciated the word cute. Having bought more than a couple of houses I should understand that cute is a synonym for small when it comes to size. I have learned the lesson. Deciding that this set-up is a solution looking for a problem I decided to use it for creating file folder labels. I loathe writing out file folder labels. The labels are also handy for putting my name inside of my journal notebooks-another task I dislike because my penmanship is terrible. So the label supplied with my printer are 30mm x 14mm. Please see the pictures for reference. Phomemo D30 labels in the 30mmx14xx size (available on Amazon) appear to be the correct label refill. Lewis Black was right: Lower your expectations and well get through this just fine.
