This is a very nice carrying case and has been holding my external drive since I purchased it. Its not too big, fits both the wires and hard drive comfortably, and isnt prone to collecting dust. If youre looking for a case for an external drive this product is an excellent pick.

Purchased for WD Black 5TB external hard drive. Hard drive fits snug in case. The elastic bands are permanently affixed in the case, so you have to pull them out to slide the device under. I would prefer a Velcro strap or something more conducive to carrying my drive. Other than that, all seems as expected.

Nice case. However, I purchased it because it was recommended by Amazon as a case for the Seagate Portable Backup Plus 4tb Drive and I ordered it without reading the specifications for this case. The drive is too thick (almost 2 in depth) to fit in the case correctly.

the items has a lot of padding to protect my external hard drive, as expected. if i could be picky, i would say it could be better if it had a hole to slide the cord into so the EH could be protected and used at the same time. i use it through the zipper, but doesnt work very well. i also wish it had a bit more storage for cords. that would be very useful. otherwise, the product works great and the price made it worth it.
