Originally got it because I bought another mini ext. HD. But when that did not work, I returned it and bought a LaCie Rugged mini. Figured it wouldnt hurt too have a case for LaCie. And it fit (just barely) and it gives me a peace of mind.

Robust with good functional design. Barely fits my 1TB WD Passport Elements portable HD. Would not advise for the 2TB unit which is over 5mm thicker

Product exactly as described. Good quality, very protective and water safe (I mean, dont throw it in a bath tub to make sure, but if its wet outside or the case happens to get a little rain, your hard drive is safe).

I havent used it yet. But it looks pretty good.

My granddaughter got ahold of this and was actively shaking and banging it around and my hard drive was saved from damage. If I’d had my glasses on she never would have got ahold of it but I’m glad to learn it’s protective. It’s perfect storage for the hard drive and the cords that go with it.
