Great little carrying case for my portable hare drive to keep it and the cable in one spot so I dont lose anything. Not the best construction, but works well for what I need. I would not put the shock resistance to the test.

PURPOSELY hidden BIG metal grommet (ITS NOT A BUTTON) attaching a GIANT useless pleather loop. Padding inside is non existent in area of grommet that is directly against where drive will be. There a sticker the thickness of a paper that covers the metal. If you dropped this perfectly on the grommet the force would be directly impacting through the metal grommet into the drive. Not going to take the time to.return. I removed the grommet and replacing the sticker with the slime patch stickers on both sides and it will work fine for going into a protected backpack or briefcase.

This case is great. It fits the drive nice and snuggly and seems to be pretty durable but also not too heavy. I definitely recommend it, especially at this price.

Great case with a lot of storing options

This case was suggested by Amazon for the WD 4TB My Passport SSD External Portable Solid State Drive (WDBAGF0040BGY-WESN). The drive is only about 2 1/4 inches wide but the case opening is about 3 1/2 inches wide, so the drive can slide around. And the drive is only about 1/4 thick but the case opening is about 3/8 so the drive is not held in place. DO NOT BUY THIS CASE FOR THIS DRIVE.

Does what it is supposed to do. No issues with the item.

Very good size with very good protection - even for the standard Elements USB drive which I assume is larger - I also bought an extra case for the USB WD Elements drive I bought in New Zealand earlier in the year. Thank you!

Having problems with my desktop at home so decided to back up and save everything on an external drive

I am happy with the product. Just got to be careful were you set it our you well lose everything.
