I live in London, so I reach for an umbrella quite frequently. This brolly is exceptionally well made and is beautifully designed. It is good in windy conditions, too. Importantly, it is easy to erect and close, at the touch of a button. It is very sturdy and robust, and I get the impression that it will last a long time. I am very very pleased with it. Its also highly portable, and hardly noticeable in my man bag.

Does not pass the wind challenge.

Looks and feels sturdy. Easy to operate. Typically, since buying I havnt been out in the rain lol

Sterne-Abzug, weil der Schirm echt schwer ist, schwerer als meine anderen “ Taschenschirme”, und es braucht viel Kraft um das hin zusammenzufalten, ansonsten bin ich zufrieden. Wichtig ist mir, dass ein Schirm nach innen einklappt, damit nicht alles nass wird, wenn man z. B. ins Auto steigt. Die Farbe ist toll, die Reflektoren sind eine tolle Idee. Ich empfehle diesen Schirm allen Berufstätigen, die einen Arbeitsweg haben.

I received my umbrella a few weeks ago and used it for first time on Thursday. I was really keen to see it work. Ideal test I had just left the hairdressers delighted with the results. Unfortunately I was disappointed that it was very stiff and I ended up getting soaked while I tried repeatedly to fold it down. Defeated the purpose really. It is also heavier than most umbrellas. When I got home I tried again a number of times but it is still very very stiff. Any ideas on how to loosen it off a little? Ps. On reading other reviews I discovered you press the button to fold the umbrella down which makes it easier but still stiff to push the handle down.... Maybe I just need to eat my porridge.

Seems well made but clumsy

I ordered the green one. The picture shows bright green. The actual color was more like a sea foam. The umbrella is great and the light is pretty bright.

I like the florescent edges and the light in the handle. I notice there is no wrist strap on this umbrella. Overall I think it is sturdy but not tested in the wind.

I buy this umbrella because I see in the specifications is design with 12 resin-reinforced fiber ribs that flex slightly to withstand powerful gusts . But she has only 10 ribs.
