The stand is well constructed. The cable cutout has a clean crisp chamfered edge without any nicks or defects. The tablet top part is hefty, the bottom is not quite as stout and therein lies an issue with stability. Itll hold an iPad 8th Generation up in portrait but if youre looking to type, it will definitely wobble around. In landscape its not as bad and if youre mainly looking for a low-interaction stand, this is great. Dont get this for typing essays or playing heavy-tapping games.
