The stand is pretty sturdy. The only gripe is that the edge of the metal material is a bit sharp although it is still safe to use.

Ive tried tons of stands. This one is the best one ive used for iphones and ipads. I love that you can tilt the device almost vertical. This is fantastic for zoom meetings and also elevating the device up to watch shows or movies from your favorite device. I loved the product so much, I bought 4 total to share with my family. A+ would highly recommend.
