Fit my 3 year old Granddaughter with a smaller head perfectly.

We bought this for our 5 year old daughter. Fits well, easy enough to adjust. She loves it as it matches her bike perfectly. It hasnt been fully tested yet (thank goodness!) and so far, we are pleased.
