I have a large screen laptop and this has a great padded pocket that allows me to carry my laptop with no problem. All of the pouches are very useful and individually easily accessible. The zippers and material are excellent quality. The security pocket on the lower backside is very useful for important documents and allows you to wear the backpack on your back without worrying that someone is able to get these documents. Having the two water bottles on the outside is very handy for hiking/walking. If you use this for traveling as a tourist, you will be very happy with how the designers seem to have thought about your every need.

Great for larger laptops. So far was able to carry 2 laptops, notebooks, etc. Havent had it long enough to make a claim of how durable it is. Would recommend

I’m not sure who to contact. I just received my backpack today and it is missing the cable organizer. I searched each compartment and pocket and didn’t find anything. Otherwise this looks like a great pack for my gaming laptop.
