An excellent and unobtrusive cooling option. Love that it allows me to turn off the RGB for those nights when my computer needs to keep crunching numbers while I sleep. The fact that it uses a net zero USB ports is great as well.

I work from home and use a docking station for my laptop so I can use multiple monitors so my laptop stays running non-stop and this laptop cooler works absolutely wonderfully and keeps my laptop from getting too hot. It’s very easy to use the USB cord to plug directly into my laptop. The multiple fans cover the entire bottom surface of my laptop. It also allows me to adjust the fan speed, but makes ZERO noise. It the absolutely perfect laptop cooler!!!

I purchased this laptop cooler a few weeks ago, and it has made a significant difference in the performance of my laptop. The cooler keeps my laptop cool, even when Im running intensive programs. Ive noticed a significant improvement in my laptops speed and overall performance since using this cooler. I highly recommend this laptop cooler to anyone who wants to improve their laptops performance.

My Alienware Laptop video card would overheat which caused a black screen. The only way to recover was to reboot. Talk groups recommended this laptop cooling pad as a solution. Since it arrived, I have not had a single failure of my laptop. The cooling pad is quiet, although I expected it to put out more air, it is obviously more than enough. My laptop is not hot and I can now sit it on my lap and work or set it on a table. I like the adjustable feature. The lights are a nice feature, but I rarely use them.

EDIT: Im raising my rating from 2 to 4 stars for the following reasons: 1. The seller contacted me promptly after the review posted. They were very communicative and responsive, and its clear they take pride in their products and want their customers to be completely satisfied. 2. Figured that it helped if the cooling pad was raised off of soft fabric surfaces. Ive got it sitting on my old cooling pad (which is not plugged in and running) and now my laptop is at a much more comfortable temperature and the fans not running at warp speed all the time. Much happier with the fan now -- both fun AND practical! Also, as a note: while my laptop does cool from the bottom, the seller said that this product might not be the best for laptops that vent on the side(s). Just a note for anyone who might be looking. -- I purchased this cooling fan as a replacement for a Havit brand cooling fan (purchased in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic). I wanted to try a different brand since my other fan lasted about a year before I needed to start taking it apart to clean it / fix shorts. I chose this because it had great reviews and I figured any fan that was good for a gaming computer would be good for my little corporate Dell laptop. While this fan is more fun and offers a more secure base for my laptop, the cooling is just not up to par even on the highest setting. My laptops internal fan is going off just as much as it does with no cooling fan and the top of the laptop is hot to the touch. I do like the option to raise the laptop and the supports for angled work are very sturdy, but those doesnt outweigh the fact that the primary purpose (cooling my laptop) doesnt seem to be achievable.

I liked how easy is was to set up right out of the box. Im a big gamer, and my laptop runs hot, but this keeps it cool all day long, and I love the RGB colors and options!
