Greater than one weekAs stated in headline, it is easy to assemble, works well and blends in most major brands of laptop that are similarly shaded. I have a 17 mid 2009 Macbook Pro which is a heavier laptop due to its age and a 14 HP that I use for work. This stand holds either of them with no issues.

Greater than one weekTook me all of 5 minutes to assemble, and most of that time was from my own long nails trying to hold onto the tiny screws. Very sturdy metal frame, looks super sleek and clean on my desk, and is extremely well balanced. No concerns of it being knocked or tipped over by my clumsy self or my curious cats. There are even pads on the tray and feet to protect your laptop and your desk and keep it from sliding around. 10/10, works as promised.
