I bought this tote to use to carry my laptop back and forth to work. I can also carry a microphone, stethoscope, reflex hammer and tuning fork, portable otoscope, wallet, pens, notepads, small umbrella, and a small cosmetic bag in this tote. The order came with a cosmetic bag but I find it is too large for me to use. MY 15.6 laptop JUST BARELY FITS in the padded section. The bag is a bit heavy, especially fully loaded , but the arm straps are comfortable. I appreciate the cord and port for phone recharging. It is not leather but the outer surface appears durable, is soft and is attractive. The feet on the bottom keep it off of the floor. One of the best features is the light colored lining which makes it easy to find objects in the tote. A full zipper helps with security on the top. I have had several compliments on the style of the tote. Overall I am pleased and can recommend this tote but I am concerned about the durability of the liner.
