> 3 dayEvery now and then I buy a tool that I really like. This is on of those tools that I could have used when I was a kid. But digital did not exist back then. This is a great little tool for checking or running down low voltage problems. Its a quality build that should give you good service.

> 3 dayUpon opening the packaging I could see I was impressed with it’s visual quality. I took it out to the garage to see how it works on my own pickup. I grounded it to the body and touched it to the positive post on the battery. I quickly noticed that I had the LCD window turned away from me and when I went to readjust the tester stopped working and I couldn’t make it work again, so by now I’m pretty angry. Upon a visual examination I noticed the cord end screws off so I remove it to see if there might be a inline fuse but it was only a spring to hold tension between the cord and volt meter .mechanism. I cleaned it off and put it back together and it started working again with no more mishaps. The numbers aren’t clearly visible until you have the LCD window at the perfect position which might pose a problem when you’re in an awkward position and can’t move to see it perfectly. All in all those where the only two annoyances I seen with this tool, it’s kind of like a miniature version of the Power Probe which I also have. Can’t hardly wait to start using it!!

> 3 dayI mainly use the tr est light to test small circuits (turn signals, lights) on my motorcycles. The negative clamp is a little bulky for some applications. Otherwise, it works fine!

> 3 dayThis tool is absolutely great but there is an issue with using this tool for what it is intended for, checking a circuit. Now I had a very simple low votage parasitic draw in my Harley Davidson. When I mean parasitic draw I mean under 0.007. I would normally pull out my multi meter to check the votage. My wife being the sweetheart she is purchased this tool to make my life easier. I used it, I found the draw was coming from my rectifier but this tiny draw ruined the LCD in the circuit tester. I went back into the Amazon app and purchased another one because it was as precise of my very expensive multi meter. I also bought 2.5 amp fuses and installed it where the springs are located. Problem solved. Now if JTS Jastind would simply install these fuses it would beat the other competitor who sells this tool for $150 (S??P-O?). I also see they sell extra LCD on Amazon. Make the product better please and give us the customer a better tool with an inexpensive fix. Could be 5 stars. Ill give 4 for being cheap.

> 3 dayThis simply works. I have wanted a light tester for a while because they are tried and true. What I most appreciate about this circuit tester is the digital LCD with up to 48V reading. I had not recognized this 2-in-1 tool existed. When diagnosing a blower fan in my Yukon, not only was I able to determine power was flowing to the blower motor, but that it was sending 14.2V as well. This helped me determine it was the fan, not the relay or sending unit. $$$ saved. I purchased more for Christmas presents as well.
