Had a blast with these. And we still have so much left. There are lots of colors to choose from. We used 2 scoops of dye per bottle and the color turned out awesome.

The colors are beautiful. However, it would be helpful to have some directions. This came with none. I had a scooper and my own bottles…. Just had to go with it. There was quite a bit of fading. Maybe I need soda ash? The special soap I’ve read about? I’m not a pro. More a trial and error type. I would buy this kit again because as I stated, the colors are beautiful. To the maker! Add some directions! How much to use? Tips on how to mix would be helpful.

as a tie-dye enthusiast, i appreciate that i can use these packages to refill the bottles i have and keep on keepin on. ive done a wide variety of projects and have plenty of powder to keep going still. i use about 1.5 to 2 scoops (scoop included in package) per bottle (the size they give you in typical tie-dye kits) depending on the color. (ie for yellow i use 2 scoops.) my only issue is with the grey - either i cant figure out how to use grey properly, or it just doesnt stick. id be happy to hear some constructive criticism on this, because id love to have successful greys in my ties-dyes.

Product was great except for the orange dye packet. It was not sealed so orange dye powder went everywhere! Directions are easy to follow. Several colors. Everything you need except water and your item to dye. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ON GLOVES BEFORE YOU OPEN THE DYE PACKAGING.

Super fun activity and it will keep the little ones occupied and quiet for a while. It definitely keeps their imagination open to create different styles. The packaging comes with a variety of colors that I really enjoyed and enough for a group of 10 maybe even more. Will buy again when the time comes

Okay, you see 239 pieces and think sure, gloves and rubber bands. And youd be correct. However, the actual DYE comes in packets, so you get more than one use out of them. There are 20 colors and there is enough powder in each color to dye several times. The other thing I like about the powder is if you want deeper colors you can add more powder. Its not pre-set like the previous kit I bought. Basically, I am having a blast with this. I have had a kid party, an adult party and a ME party! I hope my family and friends are expecting tye-dyed Christmas stockings!!

Wow! This kit was all I hoped it would be and more! Had a tie dye party, dyed 40 shirts with lots of left over dye. All items were washed and dried before the photos. The colors stayed beautifully bright and vivid! I did add a soda ash soak before dyeing even tho it says its not necessary. Love this kit so much I bought the refill!

Had everything we needed, and we have lots left over for another time. The colors are pretty and vibrant.
