It’s pretty good but program is not easy to install.... all parts where there print quality is good

Paper jams alot.

This is a nice printer. Just what we needed. It was not easy to set up though and had to have grandsons friend who is pc/printer smart come help set it up. We are pleased with it .

Easy setup. Popped up on my network.

I love this product

It prints good the only issue I have is that you can only put about 10-20 sheets of paper at a time. I am using it for our auction checkout receipts. Just have to remember to put paper in it.

It is rare that I ever needed to print things but now that we have all gone virtual we have ran into this need more times then I can remember. This simple black and white printer has been great you can connect your phone, tablet and laptop to the printer and send anything you need printed out.

At first I thought I was going to have to return it b/c it took me a hot minute to figure out how to set up the wifi piece plus to get it to print other page sizes. But once I got those down, this is actually a pretty solid printer for the money. Well see how it does over time, but for the month or so Ive had it, its grown on me as a solid purchase.

Absolutely horrible. Worked for maybe a week (still with issues every time I printed either from my phone or computer) had to reinstall software multiple times, contacted customer support and they said I needed to buy a $250 software for it to work on my Mac?! Insane. Couldn’t be more disappointed with this purchase
