I have a dual-well sink, one side with a garbage disposal. The disposal sometimes gets clogged, requiring me to run it to clear it out...except if its clogged, there may be things like soda stream bottle caps or silverware down there, and I have to fish them out. No fun. The normal baskets that came with the house only have a few holes holes, and clog very quickly, so theyre not great on their own. Enter, these. These are pretty good; being built of a full wire mesh, theres lots of places for water to find its way around clogs. Being chrome, theyre much prettier than the plastic and stainless steel of the baskets they replaced. Only caveat is theyre not easy to clean when you get them stuffed with things like quinoa or chia seeds. No matter, though; I just throw them in the dishwasher with the rest of the dishes. This is why Ive ordered a second set; while one set is on duty in the sink, the other set will be in the dishwasher, and the price is perfect for that. Keeping the sink sanitary has never been easier! (I see others complaints about rust, and havent seen that myself yet. Im expecting regular washing will help, but failing that, they are, again, quite inexpensiv!)

Before I got these my kitchen always smelled horrible. After buying these my sink has no bad smell! I just empty them out when they get too full of food scraps. I havent had to use drain-o in forever. 100% worth the money.

Works great. Large enough to fit the kitcken sink hole and drains well. I like the flatness of the rim. It doesnt catch and hold food particules, keeping them from moving into the strainer, like some others that Ive had. Havent had it long enough to tell yet, but if it doesnt rust, Id say we have a winner.

We bought these when we moved in to our new apartment. They work fine, but Ive had other varieties of the same product that had a smaller lip around the edge, so scraps didnt get stuck underneath/around the rim. I hate cleaning these things (so my husband does it!) but it seems like theres always a little bit of something that gets stuck to them and wont come off. Maybe we are gross and thats our own problem. I dont know. But these work and our drains arent getting clogged, so I guess theyre good enough!
