Balloons was so dirty, I was very disappointed. Thank goodness I have a balloon pump. For the ones that do not have a balloon pump, you better invest in one if you insist on purchasing these balloons. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Packaged well and lots of balloons for the price. Durable material and they were perfect for the balloon arch we created.
