> 3 dayLava works really well for dirty hands. If you need more cutting power, I combine Lava with a teaspoon to a tablespoon of Boraxo. Make your hands wet, turn off the water, rub, rub, rub the soapy hands, and take your time. Rinse for clean hands that are not too dry.
