No damage what so ever to the product nor box upon receiving. Everything installed perfectly fine, however the bottom of the replacement bumpers rubs up against both triggers causing the bumpers to be unusable unless triggers are pressed in. Either a bad batch or a major oversight in product design.

when i purchase my xbox series s, the controller that came with it was the best controller i ever used. after a year, my Lb and Rb bumpers were not clicking well and not responding. After opening my controller, i found out one of the small hinges that presses the buttons were broken, the controller is fine, it just needed a replacement since buying a new controller cost alot of money and it is a easy fix. I decided to buy these replacement bumpers and after replacing the old ones for new ones, my controller feels like good as new, the built quality is good and it is almost a perfect fit, i also show pictures of my original bumpers that shows the broken piece and the new one is in my controller. Overall a good buy.

My LB and RB buttons werent working anymore so I ordered these as replacement since I found out a piece of the bumper had snapped off. Was worried that the replacement bumpers wasnt going to be compatible since I didnt know what model my controller is exactly. The order arrived in a day after purchase, opened up the controller with a T8 Security screwdriver and a flathead screwdriver (for prying backplates open) and got to work. The replacement bumpers worked like a charm and fit like a glove. Now my controller is fully functional again and I got to save $40 from having to buy another controller. Would buy from here again if I ever have to replace bumpers on a Xbox controller. 5 stars easily.

Nephew’s new Series controller had a busted RB button, bought this and replaced it. Seems good so far. Quality part.

Little plastic piece broke off my 6 month old controller for my Series X after I dropped it. The left bumper didnt work at all. 5 minutes to take it apart and replace with this and its fixed! Plastic feels exactly the same as the original. Only issue for me was that I had to pick a different color than I would have liked.
