> 3 dayThe first pages were extremely light. I printed music and could not see accidentals clearly. I shook the cassette and then it improved, but next time I will pay more for better toner.

> 3 dayThis toner cartridge now appears to be working great, but it took a while to get there. This was the first time Ive replaced toner on my Dell MFP E514dw. Like some other reviewers, I first thought I got the wrong cartridge. I took the original cartridge out of the machine and it was much larger than what I was sent. I then looked at the reviews (I could have looked at the owners manual too), and I learned that what I pulled out of the machine is a caddy, and the old cartridge needs to be removed from the caddy and the new one inserted. Whew! The toner DID fit my machine. I figured I was good to go. Wrong. I put the caddy and the new cartridge in the printer, and I continued to get a message saying Replace New Toner. I then did lots of Google searches, watched some You Tube videos and tried multiple resets from the menu on the printer and from the printer management software in Windows. Nothing worked. One of the You Tube videos showed a white knob on the side that could be pulled out slightly and then rotated clockwise - and some viewers said it fixed the problem for them, but neither my cartridge or caddy had a knob that looked like the one in the video. Finally, I focused on a small white knob on the side of the caddy. It was much smaller than the one in the video, and could not be pulled out, but I was able to rotate it clockwise. I rotated it and heard one or two clicks. I put the caddy in the printer, and now instead of getting the Replace New Toner error, I got a new Toner Error message. So I pulled the caddy out and rotated the knob for another click. I then put the assembly back in the machine, and the error message was gone! The printer was now reporting a full toner cartridge. I printed a test page and all is good. One final note: the listing for this cartridge touts the warranty and great customers support, but I was unable to find any place in the listing - or on the box of the cartridge itself - that tells how to get support if you need it.

> 3 dayThis seemed almost too good a deal for replacement toner but it is great deal. The print quality is a good as the original cartridge for a fraction of the price of buying the name brand cartridge. Part of the printing I do is barcodes & they came out very readable for the scanner. It was definitely worth giving them a try & will continue to use this brand.

> 3 dayBought this toner for my Dell laser printer. Installation went great but the printing results certainly does not match the OEM toner quality. I would not rely on this toner to print work related or homework related material. Why? Because it is not dark black that prints but more like light black or faded black. This is disappointing.
