This is a great mouse. It goes into and out of sleep mode easily, so I almost never need to charge it. I highly recommend it.

After only 3 months, my mouse has stopped working. It only scrolls diagonally. I have tried different mouse pads and Ive even used a different mouse. The Leadsail mouse is the only one that experiences this issue. I work in an office and use this mouse every day. They contacted me and are sending me a replacement mouse. Good customer service.

I ordered two mice and one of them works fantastic but the other would not connect. So at this moment Im 50/50

This product is nice....for the first couple days that it actually worked. Ive only had it for less than a week and the mouse loses connection to the nano receiver and I cannot get it to reconnect even when manually trying to reset it. Light keeps blinking green even though it is fully charged. Product is defective. Im thoroughly disappointed since it had such nice reviews. Will be returning. **Update** I received a quick correspondence from the LeadsaiL Customer Service team after my return for them to send me a replacement. The replacement has been connecting just fine so far over the past two days. However, the bottom of this replacement mouse is noticeably uneven and causes the mouse to wobble under the hand as a result. I have layered some pieces of scotch tape onto one of the corners to even it out. It works, but still somewhat disappointing to receive two flawed products in a row.

This was the easiest technical item to use I ever purchased. Plugged in the toggle and charged the mouse...BOOM...done. The charge lasts for weeks of use and has an auto off feature that saves the battery until you use it next. Only charge mine about once a month...spending about 3 hours a day computing time each day. Three stars for gaming, because I dont know...dont use it in that way.

Works as expected

Its easy to charge and seems to last forever as it goes to sleep when not in use. Got one and liked it so much I got another.

Im trying to switch to rechargeable items, in order to lessen my footprint on this planet. This mouse does the trick and works great.
