Greater than one weekUpdate: Seller offered a refund and apologized for the issues caused. Which is a nice gesture and I appreciate the good customer service. Original: Got this to clean up rain stains from my leather bag. Which did not work at all. Instead it damaged the leather. ****Be aware, as mentioned on the bottle: try on a small area first.

> 3 dayAs far as a leather cleaner goes, this is a fantastic product. I have 300 plus pairs of shoes and I use this on any hard leather surface and it is absolutely fantastic. What sucks about this product is the bottle. Thank the Lord Jesus that they include a alternate cap because the spray bottle failed on me within maybe a week. It ended up leaking and the trigger ended up staying in and not rebounding like it was supposed to. Besides the hardware failure, it was a fantastic product.

> 3 dayIts surprising what fine results i got with patience and repeated applications of Leather Honey. I used it to rehabilitate a 40-year-old Ekornes Stressless chair that had been much used but not abused. It was visibly soiled in places and very shiny in others. The more I worked with it, the cleaner and more uniform in sheen and surface color it became. The original color, finally, was fully restored, thanks in part to the high quality of the leather Ekornes has always used. The high shine is gone, replaced by a gently uniform semi-matte glow. But it bears repeating: this took time, patience, and several applications of Leather Honey. Longevity of this result cant be rated at this time. This product flows like water. Its best not to spill on the leather surface youre restoring. That can leave a light spot or trail that takes a lot of effort to rub out.

> 3 dayUpdate: company reached out and provided full refund, no questioned asked. I still maintain my rating for the product at 3 stars but would rate the customer service as 5 stars! Original review: This solution got out some light stains and if you work it really hard it can get out some of the darker stains however there are still many stains I couldn’t get out with this. Overall just worked ok for the leather seats and dash in my car… not the miracle cleaner all the reviews make it out to be. The viscosity of this liquid is very thin where it leaks and spills out of the squeeze bottle. I’ve already wasted a bunch from the leaks and spills. It’s better suited for a spray bottle instead of squeeze bottle. A bit overpriced for the results and likely will not buy again after I spill the rest of the bottle.

> 3 dayJust using this cleaner made my leather sofa and love seat look great. Took a little elbow grease to clean off some of the areas that my dog rubs up against, but after a soak time and more rubbing, even those areas came clean. The rest of the sofa didnt look that dirty, but what a difference this cleaner made to the leather appearance. I cleaned both the sofa and love seat and still have enough for a future cleaning. Great stuff!

> 3 dayI ordered this product a couple weeks ago after reading what seemed like hundreds of reviews - both good and bad. I decided to order both the Leather Honey cleaner and conditioner mainly because of the large amount of positive reviews. Now its my turn to review the products. First off, both products arrived over a week before the estimated delivery time. Good job Amazon! Looking at both bottles, they are a simplistic design - almost antique looking, not showy but not bland, i actually quite like the look myself. The instructions are fairly basic, but easy to follow and make perfect sense. Leather Honey cleaner: I bought the 8oz bottle which comes concentrated, so i used a spray bottle and filled it with the recommend amount of water and Leather Honey Cleaner written on the back of the bottle, shook it up and it was ready to go. The bottle states that you put 2 tablespoons of cleaner to one cup of water, i found that i needed to put 3 tablespoons of cleaner to a cup of water because i couldnt get the cleaner to actually get in the leather and lift the dirt and grim - not until i put in the 3rd tablespoon. I used a brush to clean my leather car seats just because the brush can help get into the leather easier and bring up the dirt and grime. You will need to use a fair bit of elbow-grease for the product to work, but it does work. My leather is 24 years old - not ripping/tearing or anything, but is old, and the cleaner was nice and gentle on the leather, no harsh chemicals are used in the cleaner (as far as i am aware.) But the product does work. Leather Honey Conditioner: Now the conditioner. As the name suggest, it is thick like honey, almost unpleasantly thick. Many people said you dont need to use gloves when applying the conditioner, but i would recommend using them as the conditioner is thick, it leaves a thin layer over your hands. When washing your hands it takes longer than it should as it is almost like cleaning oil or butter off of your hands, takes a while as the conditioner seems to repel the water. I used a rag to apply the conditioner as it was easier rather than a brush. The conditioner goes on pretty tough, so you will need to use some elbow-grease to spread it evenly over the leather. Some of the lower starred reviews, they stated that light coloured leather (like mine - cream colour) gets stained a darker colour than the original colour, and the company is aware of this too as they state on the back that some leathers may change colour, but over time will return back to the original colour. I didnt have this problem, so im not sure about the colour changing. The bottle also states that you leave the conditioner on the seats over night and wipe off the excess the next day, so thats what i did. The excess does wipe of, but it is tough because of the thick consistency. I found that it didnt leave a sticky feel, and it also leaves a nice shine. I sort of have a love/hate thought on this product because, yes it does condition the seats (made mine nice and soft and almost brought the life back to them) but it is thick and hard to evenly spread across the leather. Final opinion: The leather cleaner is a non harsh chemical product that helps to clean seats, and yes it does clean the seats, but you have to use some elbow grease, and i found i needed to add more concentrated cleaner per cup of water to have the product have some more effect to the leather. Like i said earlier, my car seats are 24 years old, and being sitting in the Australian sun its whole life, they were very dry, so the cleaner helped clean and bring moisture back to the seats. The conditioner, would i use it again, yes, but would i use it on a ferrari... probably not. The thick, almost unpleasant consistency makes it difficult to spread evenly over the seats, but it also does its job, conditions and brings life back to the seats, and thats what a leather conditioner is meant to do.

> 3 dayRemoved old blue Jean stains from ivory leather car seats!!!!! So this is what I did: I bought the 4oz concentrated size & poured several times tablespoons into a small bowl of warm water. Then I submerged a brand new Extra Durable Magic Eraser in the bowl. I squeezed out the extra liquid completely before applying the soapy magic eraser in a circular motion to my seats. 1st pass, some blue came off, then 2nd pass (done immediately after 1st pass while still wet) 100% came off!!!! I kept dipping it in the water periodically to squeeze out the obvious blue on the eraser & by the time I was done the water was dark blue! The blue dye has been sitting on my seats for well over a year untouched, as we stopped using my car during the pandemic, so I was shocked out how well this worked. I have used every product under the sun (usually within 3 weeks of dye transfer) and have never had this kind of luck! I think the magic eraser was part of the reason it worked so well, so I highly recommend that combination. Also the leather on my seats is a specialty leather (so more fragile) and it definitely needed moisture after I did this, so I highly recommend once it thoroughly dries you apply a good leather conditioner before you sit on the seats again. I tried this same brand of leather conditioner and although it worked beautifully in the end, it was very difficult to apply & needed to be wiped down at least 4 times after to remove the excess.

Greater than one weekApply the product to a rag or work in with your hands after warming it. A little goes a long way. It darkened the leather on my couch for a few days before returning to its normal color.
