> 3 dayThey came quickly but considering they were more costly than some and didn’t have a remote, I’m disappointed. The brightness level is very different between the three pieces. It will be fine for what I need, but it’s still a bummer that it’s so obvious. All new good brand batteries. Like that they are all plastic (nothing to break if they get dropped.)

> 3 dayIt made me pick a star but I wanted to give ZERO STARS! This was the least impressive product I have received in awhile. For starters, the letters are made of cheap thin plastic which is NOT what was represented online but is in keeping with the rest of the product. Secondly, in 2 out of the 5 letters I bought, the on/off switch holders were not screwed in (see above picture) so when I attempted to turn them off/on, they pushed in, and I had to use tweezers to pull it out enough to turn it back (off). Also, the plastic covers over the batteries wanted to stick so it was not easy to get then opened. So the entire battery, on/off situation was a total fail. On top of that, the on/off switches are located on the back of the letters, so every time you want to turn them off/on, you have to take the entire letter off the wall to do so. Engineering fail as well. I opted for the cheaper of these light up letters and got exactly that!
