Greater than one weekLike: The product is pretty sturdy and very well-made. I would say the quality is pretty high and since the light is meant to be hung up high, the steel grill surrounding the light fixtures would serve as good protection if the light dropped. The locking mechanism at the top (carabiner-style, see picture) makes it easy to attach to a strong rod or rope on the ceiling and is such that it will be very difficult to loosen or become unattached. Theres an outlet near the top (see picture) that allows you to get several of the same lights and string them together, which is pretty cool, but when we turned the one light one, it was SOOOO BRIGHT that we were able to see so much in the good-size room we were testing it in. If you have a really big area, I suppose you could use the chain system to string several but one by itself is already pretty bright! I got this light to help us fry fish outdoors at night and I think the whole neighborhood will see us making food lol. The cord length is fairly long (10 ft) and if not enough for your use, you can easily use a 3-prong extension cord to further lengthen the reach. The only thing I didnt like is that theres no on/off switch on the cord so you would have to plug and unplug the light as you need. Excited to see what people say about it; its quite an impressive light for some simple tasks at home but overall, Im very happy to have chosen this product!

> 3 dayWe have a dead space above our house thats large, dark and difficult to navigate. This work light, with its 10-foot-long cord, is perfect for lighting the entire space from end to end. Its blindingly bright. Its also reasonably lightweight and can be hung from the ceiling with a carabiner clip. My only real complaint is that there isnt an on/off switch. The moment you plug it in - its on. So be warned, dont be looking directly at it when you do, or youll burn those retinas.

> 3 dayThis light is bright! The 360 design ensures that the light is well distributed, allowing this light to cover a large area. The light is heavy duty, with a locking clip at the top to ensure it is hung securely. The metal cage also adds a layer of protection to keep the light safe. This light exceeds my expectations, I was expecting it to be nice, but this has an industrial coolness that I didn’t expect.

> 3 dayThis is a very sturdy light, nice build quality, and very rugged; it looks like it could take a beating. ITs not overly large either, and TONS of output. Like other have said, Im not certain its actually 18k lumen, but its bright enough to light a 20x20 garage extremely well, all by itself. Unlike other work lamps Ive had, this doesnt get hot, it does get a little warm after about an hour it was still able to be handled. I wish it had a power switch, and the daisy chain outlet is nice. Dont expect much from the packaging or instruction manuals; Just plug it in and thats it!

> 3 dayThis is a well built bright light for lighting up a general area. While its quite bright, Im not sure it actually comes up to 18,000 lumens. Id say its about a little brighter than a single 500W halogen bulb, but without all the heat. That could well be a perception error on my part since this light is 360 degrees where a halogen work light may appear brighter since it is focused in one direction. Nonetheless, this LED light will light up a room without heating it up. The light and cage get warm, but even after 15 minutes it is not too hot to touch. One thing not clear in the description is that there is no switch on the light. Once plugged in to a live outlet, you will have light. My preference would be to have a switch, but thats not really a deal killer. The housing has a built-in outlet for daisy-chaining up to five of these lights. The door that covers the outlet locks firmly into place, but when opened it seems a little delicate like it could break off if not careful. I dont really see that as a problem, just an observation. The handle has a carabiner-like gate on it for hanging the light on a rod or cable and preventing it from falling off. In order for the gate to close, I think whatever you hang the light on would have to be less than 1/4 diameter or there about. The description mentions a bracket is available (not included) for use with a tripod. I do not see links to purchase the adapter. The hole in the bottom of the light is not a tripod mounting point. Kudos to the manufacturer. There is no styrofoam in the packaging. It appears that the manufacture has switched from styrofoam (as seen in their video) to a recyclable shaped-paper packaging material. I wish all manufactures would do this!

> 3 dayThis thing is ridiculously bright. My biggest complaint with it is that there is no on off switch that i could find. I like that it has a pass through electrical plug although i probably wouldnt want to plug anything too high usage to it.

> 3 dayIf you’ve ever wanted the sun in your room, this is a great light to get. The light is very bright & will easily light-up even a large room. I got this as a great light to use when our power goes out (with generator), and it certainly doesn’t disappoint! Would buy again!
