added lights for set...should keep grandson busy for a while.

My two 8 year old boys made this together in a few hours ! Not a 18+ set

For me, the best thing about Lego sets is how fun or challenging they are to build. While this set looks amazing when completed, its full and annoying to build. All the sides use the same tiny pieced, painful format that ultimately made it unfun to put together. If you enjoy the finished look more than the building, I recommend it, but if building is more your thing, I would recommend other sets

Pieces came in separate bags according to sections instead of all pieces in one clump!

Perfect gift for the lego aficionado of all ages. President Trump kept his grandson’s lego White House on display in the Oval Office and proudly showed it to all visitors. This display prompted me to get one for my seven year old grandson who was thrilled to get his. It further sparked his interest in history and study of the White House.

This was the most fun I have ever had. I have never played with legos, never built legos, etc. I’m a girl. Not that that should have anything to do with anything. This was recommended to me by a friend and it was awesome! Easy but not too easy. Great instructions again without being too easy. Grown up easy. Probably not under the age of ten easy. Loved it! A little pricey though.

This Lego set is a model of the White House which is world famous for being the principal residence and workplace of the President of the United States. This set includes not only the residence section of the White House complex, but also includes depictions of the East Wing and West Wing. I found that this model does a great job of representing the White House in Lego form. The assembly itself was mostly enjoyable and it took me somewhere between three and four hours to complete the set. It is definitely targeted toward the older demographic more suitable for teenagers and adults and is strictly a display piece. The only issue I had with this is that the two wings are not very securely attached to the main base which can made handling and moving the completed model tricky. But, as mentioned above, it is not too big of an issue as this is for display, not playing. Overall, this is a great and detailed model of the White House in Lego and I would recommend this to those that enjoy these more detailed Lego sets.

What ever happened to Falling Water? Robie House? This White House is the Duplo set of Architecture. Lego has lamed out lately on these Architecture sets giving us EASYMODE made sets. when a neat new Architecture set comes out I get excited, until I realize its designed for 5 year olds (OK, maybe 10). LEGO: PLEASE START MAKING SETS AGAIN THAT HAS SOMETHING REMINECENT OF ACTUAL ARCHTECTURE. PLEEEEEEEEASE.

My 10 yo finished it in a matter of a few hours. It was a good way to keep him occupied when I got my work done :)
