> 24 hourReally nice Lego Viking set, with a lot of attention to detail on the serpent and the longship. Very enjoyable to build and looks epic when displayed. Appreciate the attention to details, such as the ox, the ballista, the shields, and the little covered area on the boat. Only gripe with the boat is a lack of oars, which seem to also be pretty iconic with longships. However, since this is a 3in1 set, I have to say that the other two builds with the set felt a little underwhelming and just dont really compare to the longship. Really wish they were their own, more focused sets, and didnt take away from the main build. That leads to the one major complaint - the two non-longship build do not feel like $120 sets and even for the longship, Im kind of expecting even more details, like the oars I alluded to earlier, for a $120 price point.

> 24 hourI got this as a gift for someone and he definitely loved it. He started putting it together right away. Took him a couple days but it can be done in one sitting if you have the time. Looks very nice after its put together as a viking ship and very weighty once done.

> 24 hourIn my 33 years of life, I dont think Ive ever met a Lego set that I didnt like, and the 3 in 1 Viking ship is no exception. I must say that I absolutely love the larger 3 in 1 creator set series (including the pirate ship and the castle) that Lego is doing. Its awesome to have more than one option of what to create with the pieces provided, and while yes, you could use your imagination to build sets without the instructions, that is not my strong suit. Personally, I love having the instructions and I have no problem with taking the set apart after initially assembled in order to build something else. No regrets with this purchase and I look forward to rebuilding.
