LEGO DUPLO Town Baby Animals 10904 Building Bricks (9 Pieces)

Can Lego ever do it wrong? This is the most perfect new toy for my 2 year old. Shes obsessed with animals so this blew her mind! You get 9 pieces and for the price I think its really good considering how expensive Lego sets usually are. The quality of the pieces is exceptional like all Legos. The combination of the wild animals is pretty good, although I dont care too much for the snow leopard, I wished there was a lion or tiger instead. But thats just me. I had to take a star away because on the box it shows that you can spin the flower on the elephants trunk but I didnt find that to be true.

We are longtime Lego fans and have an extremely large collection of Duplo. There are many good things about Duplo: easy for kids to manipulate, easy to keep clean, sturdy, integrates easily with many other toys, and you can keep using it even as kids grow into normal size Lego. Ive rated this set three stars because it is a little short on building and play potential relative to other Duplo sets. The main advantage of the set is that it is low priced and so makes a good small gift. The size of the set and the fact that the animals are stuck in poses (movable limbs is more typically found on larger Duplo figures) makes the set a bit thin and less interesting. I would either recommend paying a little bit more for a set with more pieces, or look at the Farm Animals set (#10870) which, to my eyes, has more play potential.

This is a great introductory set for young children to start building with legos. The pieces are large and sturdy as well as easy to connect. The animals are solid pieces that are fixed in position, which is good for smaller kids because there is less of a chance for breakage and choking. This set does not have much building to be done, but it is great for adding animals to other Duplo sets.

This is a fun little set to add to our LEGO Duplo collection. Cute animals and lots of fun to play with.

This isnt really a building set. The only thing you can build is the tree, and thats three pieces. The real point is the animals. They are cute, good size, and durable. We got these for our 1.5yo daughter knowing that the pieces may not stay together, but are great to keep in a purse or in the car for quick entertainment.

This little set is perfect whether you have a sizable Duplo collection or are just getting started. The animal figures are perfect for pretending. They are posed in action to promote imaginative play. The colors are vibrant and the printing is clear. Each piece costs about $1 which is typical for Duplos with this many special pieces. Its definitely not a stand-alone set however. Perfect for a small gift for any young child.

My kids had Duplo legos so I bought these for my grand babies! My kids absolutely loved playing the their animal legos. They played for hours using their imaginations to build zoos and building for their animals.
