LEGO DUPLO Town Train Tracks Expansion Set 10882 - Building Block Railway Toys for Toddlers, Duplo Train Collection, Learning Through Play, Kid-Friendly Gifts for Boys and Girls Ages 2-5

Bought this to go with 2 LEGO duplo trains my son got for Christmas. You can only make a small loop with the track, not all the variations shown on the box. For those you need multiple sets. The Trains also don’t fit through the switch piece so it’s not even usable with the trains he has. So disappointing.

The train doesn’t stay on the track due to the two switch tracks. I Don’t recommend this, unless you have a lot of other track pieces. My 3yr old was very frustrated.

The tracks don’t snapped together at all so the track doesn’t stay together well. My two year old LOVES these tracks but constantly bumps them with his knee which causes them to separate. I purchased this along with another compatible brand. The other brand was less expensive and the tracks easily snap together. Disappointed the LEGO brand is inferior quality. But as I said my son LOVES them.

I just got this to go with the Toy Story train however the two pieces that swich the direction you want to go are not compatible with the Lego duplo Toy Story train. The space for the wheels to fit are to narrow.

Awesome investment. My son loved his woody and buzz duplo lego set and it didn’t come with enough track to satisfy him. This was perfect addition for him

Do note that this set is supposed too be an extension set, to be used with trains you already have.

The track looks cool unfortunately I saw the train on box thought it was included . Heads up you have to buy train separately and cost is higher . So grand kids put it together and I still have to get the train . I do feel package picture was misleading as it was difficult to read on line .

We have owned the simple duplo train for years. Got this additional set for our youngest and we may not use our wooden tracks! This is fun. Wish it came with a green reverse piece instead of red. And I wonder if the base on the red barricades was extended if it would function the same as the red action tile.
