LEGO DUPLO Wild Animals of The World 10975 Toy with 22 Animal Figures, Sounds and World Map Playmat, Educational Gifts for Toddlers, Girls, Boys 2-5 Year Old

This is a large play set with an included background to really bring the story to life. My kids enjoy all of the extras that come with this like sounds and the background image. It would definitely make a nice gift.

This is an expansive high quality playset, like Ive come to expect from Lego/Duplo. I did have two minor disappointments about it: - The play mat is just a thin cardboard map. It doesnt seem like it will hold up to much wear and tear. - I thought the figures had some sort of RFID chip in them, since they have these funny blue lines drawn on them in Legos photos. I assumed the animal noises played would have something to do with the proximity of the animals to the base, but this does not seem to be the case. The base just seems to play random noises, like a 60 year old pull string toy. Other than that, I think the set it great. I think parents that buy Lego/Duplo are somewhat accustomed to the price tag, and there is a lot here to enjoy. I did hope to find a little more electronic magic than there was.

This was my son’s “Big Giff” from Santa this year and he was thrilled! He’s 3 and loves legos so he was so happy to get such a large Duplo set! Absolutely would recommend for any child that likes to build!

Hours of play time for our little guy

My 3.5 year old loves this set!! She has loved Duplos since age 2 and has even started some of the 4+ Legos, but I think she will still love this for the next year. The animals are huge and plentiful. The quality is great and they will be passed down to her younger sibling when she’s ready.

This playset is a lot bigger than I expected, but Im disappointed by the fact that there is only one soundbrick for the entire set. My 4 year old loves to match the animals to their respective places on the map, but not all animals are pictured on the map (which can lead to a meltdown for someone with autism). Aside from only one brick out of the lot that plays any sound, I thought that the map could be a more durable material (like felt?) instead of the thick paper map included. It tends to wear out at the folds and rips easily. For the cost, Id expect more. Some of the animals have movement, like necks, arms and legs - so its nice that not everything is a static piece. The structures were easy to assemble and directions were clear. I would also recommend hanging onto the booklet so you can reconstruct everything that your kid either destroyed, or what disassembles during storage.

This is a huge set of Duplo animals. Lego Duplo has a great reputation, well made and great for imagination. This is a great addition to our other sets!

This set is HUGE and phenomenal! All the animals are just too cute and there are TONS of pieces. I love all the scenery pieces that are included! You cant go wrong with Duplo. This is certainly one for the Christmas pile. My son will love this. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

This is a beautiful set with lots of different animals, a world map poster type thing to put your creations on. There is even a button with different animal sounds from one of the trees. My toddler loves animals and this was the best gift for him. He was excited by every single animal he got in there and especially the giraffe. You can’t complain about Legos quality. Super durable, the blocks click together well. Easy to assemble and absolutely beautiful. Super giftable!

I haven’t opened this and looked at it yet. But we love the other Lego Duplo sets. It looks like it would have hours of fun with it.
