> 3 dayTLDR: Amazing set great for hours of fun and building together! We got this to build together as a family and absolutely loved it!! It comes with six room to build, and a center arch. We split up the rooms and build them together in one afternoon with the whole family and everyone loved it. The designs are super easy to understand, and everything is pieced out based on the rooms so it was super easy to split up. A big piece that we actually have displayed in our living room now! Love it and great activity for the family!!

> 3 dayGeneric blocks cannot live up to the quality of a Lego brick. The prices of these things can be daunting, but this set comes with a decent number of figures and plenty of room for imaginative play. My sons are obsessed with Harry Potter. I got this for my 7-year-olds birthday, but even my 17-year-old was impressed with the details.

> 3 dayThe LEGO Harry Potter is super fun and cool, I got it for my son and he loved it, hes a fan of Legos and building things and he also likes Harry Potter. He likes challenging Legos with lots of pieces, this didnt had that many like he likes but he still had so much fun and was entertained for a very long time. I wouldnt say is easy to build since thats the point to have a little bit of struggle building it, it comes with a building sheet to help build the Legos if you need help. This makes a very good gift for a kid, this helps their imagination, fine motor skills and you can keep them entertained building instead of being on screen for a long time, and the best part, is fun!

Greater than one weekThis Harry Potter LEGO set is detailed and looks great on display. My 17 year old daughter and I spent 3 hours building this. We could have assembled this in less time if we weren’t supergluing the pieces together. Because this is such a nice and expensive LEGO set, I glued it together so that it wouldn’t be easily destroyed and scattered throughout the house. I like how the pieces come packaged in 7 bags that are numbered in the order they are to be assembled. This set includes a big and thick booklet that includes clear instructions in large print. The instructions are easy to read and follow. We built this for my 6 year old son. He has it proudly displayed on a shelf in his bedroom. We like how it includes many LEGO mini figures. The front of this building has many interesting details and features. The back of this shows fascinating scenes of what’s taking place inside the building. This would be a great gift for any Harry Potter fan.

Greater than one weekAnother winner from LEGO. My 8 year old nephew loves this set so much because he’s a big Harry Potter fan. Just like your typical LEGO quality with easy to follow instructions. Excellent gift for your LEGO and Harry Potter fans out there. Super fun set. Highly recommended.

Greater than one weekMy daughter is 10. She just finished watching all of the Harry Potter movies, so I know she will be excited to get this Ministry of Magic LEGO set for Christmas. I think the price is a bit high considering it only contains 990 pieces, but LEGO always seems to mark up the sets that are associated with popular movies. Im sure my daughter will have fun putting this together on Christmas morning.

> 3 dayMy 9 year old put this together in 4 hours. The Lego instructions are sooooo much better than they used to be. The brick that is going on next is a different color than the rest of the instructions making it easy to see where pieces go. There are lots of moving parts and fun characters to play with. This would be a great gift.

Greater than one weekMy 9 year old is a huge LEGO fan and just starting to get into the Harry Potter series. My Mother (60+) is a big Harry Potter fan and this set amazed all of us. I love the amount of detail the set had. The 9 minifigures are great and my kid loves sets that come with more than 2 so he was very pleased getting 9. This is also one of the first sets I have seen that is modular and you can build it / display it as either a big tower or side by side (just look at the pictures and it will make sense). Kiddo took his time building it and admiring each little section and this took him about 3 hours and he had a blast, so definitely worth the $$ in my opinion!

> 3 dayIm not the Harry Potter nerd of the family; so I let my wife build this set. She doesnt build Lego sets too often, but she didnt find it overly difficult. She said it was simple but a bit repetitious. There was a certain character she said that she hated was included and that any true Harry Potter fan would understand. The whole build took her about five hours. Each section had a similar structure, but were interesting in how they set up different scenes and had different accessories for each office/room. My wife thought the whole thing was cool how it fits together and how you can switch the layout and rearrange the rooms easily. She especially had fun using the fireplace trapdoor to disappear figures. I think there was that certain one that she made permanently disappear. Overall, I think this was a great set for a Harry Potter fan of any age. It comes with a fair amount of play and a good number of figures for a set at this price point.
