LEGO Ideas 21306 Yellow Submarine Building Kit

My daughter is a huge beatles fan and we knew we wanted to get this as soon as we heard it was coming out. She really enjoyed building it and it has a prominent spot on her dresser.

Grandkids did a great job putting together this amazing Beatle yellow submarine Lego. A beautiful tribute to the Beatles. Highly recommend it for ages 9 and up. Great keepsake.

Awesome Lego set for any Beatle fan or Lego fan!

This is a really neat construction. It assembles quickly, and the only issue I had with it was the red railing offering some difficulty assembling. You get five figures, one in each bag of parts, so theyre easy to assemble. The inside of the sub is interestingly detailed and faithful to the movie as far as style is concerned. The top does come off to reveal this compartment, but it is a very tight fit and will take some work to get it in place. The box is worth keeping as are the instructions. Because it is Lego, the replica isnt perfect, but it looks great!! Caution to chldren as there are severl EXTREMELY small pieces. No decals are used. The detail on the figures is solid, and each head has two expressions.The Jeremy figure is a bit on the lame side, but they did the best job possible. The propellers do turn. The periscopes move. A secret compartment exists near the tail to hold all the little goodies the characters hold...as seen at the end of the movie. There is a good solid feel to this kit, but it may be a little smaller than youd expect.

Got this for a grandson who loves his Lego blocks and is also a Beatles fan. It was a hit.

Such an amazing and specific toy! My nephew is a huge fan of the cartoon. I got him this for his birthday and he was amazed. All of the adults were a little jealous. Very detailed.
