LEGO Marvel Avengers: Avengers Ultimate Quinjet 76126 Building Kit (838 Pieces)

I really cant say enough about this set. It is over 800 pieces of Lego goodness. It isnt an easy build but it is satisfying when you are done. Instructions are straight forward and everything drops together as it should. You get a bunch of decent minifigs included as well. It took my son and me several hours to put this together. Plan on using up a whole Saturday afternoon in order to assemble and then add another few hours to admire your work. Lego has come a long way with some of their pieces and you can really tell with this set. There are a bunch of specialized pieces, including the wings, that really bring this Quinjet together. You will really not be disappointed if you get this ship. This is probably one of my favorite ships after the Guardians Milano ship. It is well worth the effort and is a lot of fun to build. You dont even need kids in order to enjoy this build. All in all this is really a great buy.

This is the third time LEGO has released a full-size quinjet model, the first two being 6869-1 Quinjet Aerial Battle in 2012 and 76032-1 Quinjet City Chase in 2015. While this set only has about 100 more pieces than the previous two, the ship itself is quite a bit larger and especially more spacious in the interior. The ship itself is a fun build and is a good size for play and swooshing around. The little trike thing is kind of silly looking but it is cool that it fits inside the rear cargo bay of the ship (you can also store 2 lego motorcycles in there if you wish). The minifigures in this set all wear the same white uniform on their torso which is a departure from previous Avengers sets, but I think it looks pretty cool to have them all matching. The price per piece is also very reasonable for a licensed set, especially at the amazon discounted price. All in all this is a great set and highly recommended for avengers fans or any lego fan who likes planes.

This was a gift for my 8 year old grandson. He loves it so far and I enjoy helping him build it!

It is a little bit hard to assemble the whole model.
