Great price!! Buy it here cheaper and save $14, actual LEGO store price is $70. LEGO VIP Points aren’t actually all that worth it. 100 points ($100) just to earn back $5.

Cool looking but to over priced

This is a fun build, sturdy, looks sharp, and the phasers (or whatever) that it shoots actually fly pretty straight! (I can see why it has a safety/eye-injury warning! ) The instructions are cool in that you build it in sections, and the minifigs are spread out, so you build one minifig in 4 outta 5 sections... paces out the fun! :) I thought the Leia and Kaz minifigs seem like theyre gimmes for the set (they seem out of place for the scene) but who would turn down extraneous minifigs?? (Oh, it was weird that the Majors head under the helmet was a solid black piece with no face... You cant see thru the helmet anyway, but its the first time Ive seen that! ) I got this for about $55 so I thought it was a great deal!

This is an amazing set , the build is fun the only bad thing is the price

Straight from the new TV Series, Star Wars Resistance, overall this set is an excellent choice for any Lego lover. If you’re thinking about picking it up, here are some pros and cons I’ve noticed after buying this set myself. Pros: The ship does not break easily and is very swooshable. Many parts in this set are unique or hard to find. At the same time, the parts are generic looking enough to to allow kids to be able to create their own inventions without feeling limited. The two missile shooters work really well, and the set comes with a brick separator so kids (or college students like me) don’t have to bite pieces off if they accidentally stick them together. Also, all four figures are unique to this set. Major Vonreg’s red helmet in particular has been molded using two different colors (as opposed to molding it in red and painting it black, which can cause paint to chip off if played with too extensively.) Cons: Most of my gripes are minor. I have noticed that the placement of the firing mechanism makes it easy to sometimes accidentally misfire the missiles. Also, while three of the figures have double-sided heads, Major Vonreg’s head is is just a black headpiece with no face. Finally, as some of the other reviewers have noted, because the four wings are identical, the build can be a bit repetitive. I personally did not mind this as much, and I could see why others might feel the way they do. All in all, a terrific set on the whole.

This is a great build, I hope they make this again for the original interceptor version from the original trilogy. I do admit that I only thought of buying this only when the price dropped

This is a reasonably easy build, with the only caveat that the four wings (two of which mirror the other two) are essentially identical, which might make it seem a little tedious for impatient builders. The symmetrical nature of the Tie Interceptor means that a mistake is easy to spot. The final model looks really nice, and makes for a large, fun toy.
