Sturdy connectors. Solid connection. They snap tightly into the face plate. I installed 3 of them over the weekend.

I found it a little awkward to do the punch down with the jack on its face. It wanted to wiggle a lot, and one actually broke as I was trying to punch down the wires. You just need to be careful to hold it tight and punch straight down, or youre going to have problems.

Wish these werent quite as pricey as they are but only needed a few since we only have a couple landline phones anymore. Worked perfectly. Punch down was super fast and easy.

These connectors work perfect! For some reason I have a hard time wiring up connectors on RJ45 ends and ever making the cables work. These little things work every time! VERY easy to use and comes with a color coded diagram.

Includes plastic punchdown tool and clear cover. Markings on the jack do not match color code on CAT3/5 cable (though they do indicate T1/R1/T2/R2), but the package envelope does show how to wire the BLU/ORG/GRN pairs to the jack. Its a full 6P6C jack.
