Item as descirbed and fits perfectly

The fabric is a nice thick & durable material. (Hated getting black as that seems to wear out quicker, but it goes with our colors.) comes with an elastic and bulb catch to secure to tire. Gave my arms a workout, but know they aren’t going anywhere. Good value for the money.

Hate the bungee cords

The tire covers didn’t come with any kind of straps to hold them onto the tire.

For the price it fits surprisingly well and as many posted, you dont need the bungee cords to keep them on. I used the cords for other items like wrapping my hoses up.

Easy instalation

The model I purchased was for tire diameters 36 thru 39. The covers fit perfectly snug on my 36 tires, I would think that trying to fit them onto anything larger than 36 would be a struggle for most people.
