Leisure Cords Trailer dogbone adapter 15 amp male to 30 amp female locking connector with LED Power Indicator

My RV has a detachable power cord. When I bought it I asked for an adapter so I could use a standard 15amp cord to charge, etc. They gave me an adapter to go from the 30amp RV plug on the end of the RV cord to the 15amp outlet, meaning I would need to use the bulky 25 RV cord all the time. This adapter is what I wanted. This lets me plug the adapter directly into the port on the RV and allows me to use a standard 15amp (12 gauge) extension cord to plug it in. As a bonus, the little light on the adapter tells me the line is powered on.

I use this product to plug my camper in at home (to a 15A outlet, using a regular extension cord). It works perfectly. This item is well constructed, fits the twist-lock 30A inlet perfectly, securely fastens with the lock ring and all over works as expected. I really like the green LED showing that it has power supplied to it. Buy this with confidnce if you have a 30A twist-lock inlet.

Great unit for the price. I prefer an extention cord with this plug over the one that came with our rv.
